Every professional athlete has a coach to help them improve. The same holds true for the professional educator.

Leadership can be taught and learned.

Professional development is not just for the teaching staff. Leaders are needed at grade levels, departments, and building administration.

Work with and listen to individuals’ self-assessment of their own strengths and weakness.

Develop a plan to focus on one or two areas for improvement.

Provide coaching based on observations and reflections.

We develop a relationship and provide a safe space for individuals outside of their daily work environment.
